ValiMate is the leading SHACL based validation engine for CGMES 2.4.15, CGMES 3.0 and related CIM Standards. It is comprised of a group of applications, each leveraging the ValiMate core engine to validate RDF-based datasets. Those applications are:
The ValiMate core engine can compare two different datasets and validate a single dataset against SHACL shapes. It mainly deals with specificities of CIM for network model exchange (IEC 61970 standards) including CGMES (Common Grid Model Exchange Standard – IEC 61970-600-1 and IEC 61970-600-2). Depending on the configuration, ValiMate can be used for validation of individual datasets, individual grid models (IGM) or common grid models (CGM).
